18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement

ainsfw.tools is a directory and review site. We list and compare adult AI chat platforms and the AI characters available on them. We do not host chats, and we do not produce, commission or host any photographs or videos of real people engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Exemption from 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. ainsfw.tools is not a producer of any such content:

• Character images on the Site are computer-generated illustrations of fictional characters, shown as they are offered by the platforms that host those characters. They are not photographs of real people.
• Platform logos and screenshots are used to identify and review the platforms.
• Every character on the Site is a fictional adult. Content that suggests anyone under 18, or that depicts a real person without consent, is not allowed. See our content policy.

The platforms we link to are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own content and for its own compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 where it applies.

Reporting a problem

If you believe an image on ainsfw.tools shows a real person, or anyone who could be under 18, please report it through our removals page. We review reports quickly and remove anything that breaks our content policy.
