Terms of use

These terms of use apply whenever you visit ainsfw.tools (the "Site"). In this document, "we" and "us" refer to the team behind the Site. Continuing to use the Site means you accept these terms.

1. Adults only

Because the Site discusses and links to adult material, it is only for people aged 18 or older who are also legally allowed to view such material in their location. Anyone who does not meet both conditions must stop using the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a review publication and directory. Any characters, pictures, prices or features we show are owned and managed by outside platforms. Your chats, subscriptions and payments take place on those platforms and fall under their terms, so please read them. We play no part in any deal you make with a platform.

3. Accuracy

Our editors verify information with care, yet platforms update their products all the time. Everything here is supplied "as is", with no promise that it is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Our scores and reviews express opinions. Check the current price and features on the platform itself before you pay.

4. Affiliate links and featured placements

Certain links on the Site are affiliate links, and certain listings are featured placements that were paid for; our affiliate disclosure explains both.

5. User content

When you send us a rating, review or submission, you give us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to edit and publish it. You confirm that it reflects your own genuine experience and includes nothing illegal or infringing, no other person's personal data and no promotional material. We can take down any content as we see fit. To stop abuse, we may rely on anonymised technical data such as a hashed IP address.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the Site in bulk, try to get around rate limits, post spam or use the Site to harass other people. Only standard search engine crawlers are allowed automated access.

7. Intellectual property

We own our reviews, scores, taxonomy and site design. Names, pictures and descriptions from third parties still belong to their owners and appear here for identification and commentary only. To request a removal, visit the DMCA page.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for losses that come from using a third-party platform you found through the Site. For any single claim, our total liability cannot exceed USD 100.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change over time, and the date at the top shows which version is current. They are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, regardless of conflict of law principles. Questions can go to admin@ainsfw.tools.
