Secret Desires AI is a browser-based companion service operated by Playhouse Media LLC, which is registered in Delaware and trades through an entity in Malta. You can choose among thousands of partners made by the community or design your own, in realistic or anime style and as a woman, man or trans character, then set personality, type of relationship and voice. Conversations happen in texting or roleplay mode, and Memory Notes plus optional Auto Memory help keep things consistent.
Subscriptions (Pro $7.99, Ultra $13.99, Max $19.99 a month) bring unlimited messages, image and video creation and voice features, along with 100 to 300 Hearts a month; Hearts are a credit used for premium engines, media, voice notes and live calls. Voice cloning comes with Ultra. Paying quarterly or yearly reduces the price, and statements list the charge as SDAI.
It fits people who want calls, media and fine-grained partner design without paying much to start. On the downside, every sale is final outside the EU withdrawal period, Heart prices shift dynamically, the free allowance is modest, and reviewers rank the voices below the writing. No native app exists.

Our 26 September 2026 test: the free chat engine allowed 30 messages a day, resetting at a set hour, and the image page gave 2 free pictures daily (the nude one we asked for was delivered nude). Fresh accounts also receive 32 Hearts to spend on premium chat engines and media. A February 2026 review had reported unlimited free text messages. Trial: the Terms allow for a free trial, but none appeared on the subscription page when we looked in September 2026.

Yes. The Secret Desires free tier, in our 26 September 2026 test, allowed 30 daily messages with the free chat engine, resetting at a set hour, and 2 free pictures each day (we asked for one nude and got it). New accounts also start with 32 Hearts for premium engines and media, and a February 2026 review had reported unlimited free text messages. Paid plans begin at $6.67 a month on yearly billing, or $7.99 month to month.

Our new free account, tested on 26 Sep 2026, received 30 messages a day. The count restarts at a set time each day: we reached the limit at 18:30 UTC, which puts the reset around 09:00 UTC rather than 24 hours after your first message. Messages typed after the cap are not delivered.
Is Secret Desires filtered on the free plan?
No, not in our 26 Sep 2026 test on a free account: flirting, undressing and explicit sex all worked. Replies came in a texting style by default (short messages with timestamps), and the free chat engine carried the entire scene.

Is Secret Desires safe to use?
The operator is Playhouse Media LLC, a US company, and your card statement shows a neutral name instead of the site. The official FAQ states that messages are encrypted, kept out of readable storage and never sold or passed on, and that charges read SDAI. Yet the privacy policy (last updated October 2024) permits using data to train AI models, relies on Google Analytics and other analytics providers, and keeps the door open to advertising partners later; it says personal information is not sold at present. The Trust Hub page (March 2026) claims conversations are never used for AI training. Under the Terms, the company receives a perpetual license to anything you submit. You can delete your account permanently from settings. In November 2025, 404 Media revealed that Secret Desires left cloud storage buckets holding close to two million images and videos publicly reachable, among them photos of real women lifted from social media, some with their full names, and explicit face-swaps built from those photos; the files went offline soon after the reporters reached out. As with any AI companion, keep identifying details about yourself and other real people out of your chats.
