The heart of the catalog is a set of 187 official companions, mainly photorealistic women plus men, trans and anime characters, and each comes with a backstory, a photo gallery, a preview video and a voice. Around 1,460 public characters made by the community sit alongside them, and you can design your own, talk by text or live voice call, and create photos or short videos of a companion either inside the chat or in a separate studio.
Moments are the site's currency, and plain text chat never uses them. A free account comes with 20 messages a day, 200 Moments one time and a single free custom character, and the company states that guests may send 5 messages before registering. Premium is 19.99 USD a month or 109.99 a year, bringing video generation, 8,000 Moments monthly and no message cap. Ultimate is 39.99 a month or 319.99 a year and raises that to 15,000 Moments while unlocking personas, group chats and the S4 mode. An image costs 50 Moments, a voice-call minute 50, and a 5-second 720p clip with sound 600.
The service fits people who want lifelike companions with pictures, video and voice under one roof. Refunds: Under the refund policy dated 10 April 2026, cancelling does not refund the remainder of a billing period, Moments sales are final, nothing paid in crypto is ever refunded, and billing mistakes have to be raised within 30 days. Users in the EU and UK may cancel a new subscription within 14 days and get all their money back if they used no premium features, or a prorated amount if they did. Moments used on content that generated correctly are kept by the company, with one exception: a clearly broken or glitched image can be reported and, if review confirms a technical problem, is refunded in Moments (per the llms.txt file, edits and Advanced-mode generations get reviewed but are not refunded). According to the help center, generations that fail partway through are refunded automatically.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover card (American Express is not taken), Apple Pay, Google Pay, more than 300 cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments (minimum 20 USD) or prepaid G2A keys covering 3 or 12 months. Both subscriptions and Moments purchases are billed as 'S LABS INC'. Registering takes just an email address (or a Google or Apple login), and normal use needs no real name, phone number or ID. The 10 April 2026 privacy policy mentions AES-256 encryption for stored data and TLS for data in transit, states that personal information is not sold, and lets the company use data to improve and train its AI models; under the terms, the company owns everything that gets generated. Audio from voice calls is transcribed and then removed, deleting an account wipes chats and personal details straight away, and transaction records stay on file for 7 years. Human moderators look at flagged content. The homepage claims end-to-end encryption, but the privacy policy does not mention it, and the site runs Google Analytics, Google Ads and TikTok trackers. As with any AI companion, avoid sharing anything that could identify you or other real people.
