Infatuated AI has the more generous free tier (8 msgs total), against 2 msgs total on DarLink AI. New accounts get 8 gems, with each message using 1 (a picture takes 3, a voice reply 5), so free chat totals 8 messages across the account rather than per chat. That is what we saw on 26 September 2026, when the chat turned fully explicit on the free gems. The official FAQ promises ten messages per chat, and a July 2026 review noted a 5-token allowance.
Both allow explicit chat between adults without a filter.
