New accounts get 8 gems, with each message using 1 (a picture takes 3, a voice reply 5), so free chat totals 8 messages across the account rather than per chat. That is what we saw on 26 September 2026, when the chat turned fully explicit on the free gems. The official FAQ promises ten messages per chat, and a July 2026 review noted a 5-token allowance.

Token cost per action on the plans page: a message 1 (the terms say 2), an image in chat 3, voice 5, one-click video 10, the image tool 5, upscaling 5, videos of 5 to 15 seconds 20 to 100, and creating a character 25. Packs: 150 tokens for $10.50, 200 for $11.90 and 500 for $26.25. If an image or video fails, the tokens are refunded to your balance.
