On a free account you get 20 messages a day with basic memory on the S3 and X-3 chat modes, 200 Moments one time and one free custom character (capped at 100 messages in total across custom characters). Free users cannot top up Moments, and paid plans are needed for video, personas, group chats and Time Travel. According to the company, guests can send 5 messages before creating an account. Our check on 26 September 2026 agreed: 20 messages a day, a reset 24 hours after the first message, and 200 Moments credited once the email was confirmed. Trial: The store page shows no free trial for paid plans. Instead, new accounts get 200 Moments once, 100 more for connecting Discord and 25 for enabling notifications.

Text chat is the one thing that never uses Moments; everything else does. Published prices: an image is 50 (or 100 at 2K), a minute of voice call is 50, 10 per 100 characters read aloud, 500 for each extra custom character after the free one, and 600 for either an 8-second NSFW Adult clip or a Standard 720p clip of 5 seconds with audio. Longer or sharper videos cost more (a 4K clip of 5 seconds is 5,400, while silent Standard clips cost half), and you see the cost before generating. Premium includes 8,000 Moments a month and Ultimate 15,000; these allowances reset at renewal with no rollover, whereas Moments you buy never expire. Top-ups are for subscribers only, and the site's llms.txt lists them from 9.99 for 3,000 up to 249.99 for 120,000 Moments, with a 10% (Premium) or 15% (Ultimate) bonus. A generation that fails midway is refunded automatically; a broken image is refunded only after the user reports it and a review finds a technical fault.

Refunds: Under the refund policy dated 10 April 2026, cancelling does not refund the remainder of a billing period, Moments sales are final, nothing paid in crypto is ever refunded, and billing mistakes have to be raised within 30 days. Users in the EU and UK may cancel a new subscription within 14 days and get all their money back if they used no premium features, or a prorated amount if they did. Moments used on content that generated correctly are kept by the company, with one exception: a clearly broken or glitched image can be reported and, if review confirms a technical problem, is refunded in Moments (per the llms.txt file, edits and Advanced-mode generations get reviewed but are not refunded). According to the help center, generations that fail partway through are refunded automatically.
